Competency School of Business Administration is legally established by the Act 1962 and accredited by the Postgraduate School of Administration which is a sister institution to provide solution to pertinent fighting challenges to academia and industry. It is the only institution in Africa, even the world where lecturers lecture and demonstrate in classroom setting. Competency School of Business Administration has its headquarters at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, Ghana. Mr. Isaac Ofori is the official sponsor for the programs. We run Certified, Chartered and Fellow programs. Graduate School of Studies has been set up as a faculty to shield Postgraduate Competency – Based programs including International Masters In Business Administration, Executive Masters In Business Administration as well as Executive Doctorate In Business Administration. The programs are internationally oriented; therefore certificates and transcripts are issued by Global Academy of Finance and Management in the USA.

However, graduates are mostly found wanting in the sphere of work when they are tasked to accomplish goals due to lack of technical know-how. This has been of a challenging issue since time memorial.
